On your first visit, you will be greeted by one of our friendly practice staff who will take details of your dental and medical history, contact information, and health insurance fund (if applicable). You may want to discuss payment options with our staff at this stage as we offer a range of flexible payment plans.
You must disclose any previous or current medical or oral health issues even if you don’t think they might be relevant. Some medicines or diseases can have an impact on your oral health, and can also affect the success of dental treatments.
If you have any concerns about going to the dentist, please discuss this with your dentist, therapist or hygienist.
We understand that life gets busy and situations arise where you may need to change or delay an appointment. We are happy to accommodate any changes but ask that you give us 24 hour notice. Please note that for changes with less notice that we may then ask for a holding deposit towards your next treatment.
To make things as easy as possible for our patients, we offer a full range of payment options:
New Patient “Welcome” Offer is available to new patients only, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Clinical indications may necessitate deferral of the offer pending completion of treatment diagnosed in the best interest of the patient, at the standard practice fee level – where this occurs, treatment that was included in the offer will be continued at a subsequent date when clinical indications are appropriate
For more information about your gap, speak to your private health insurance and ask them about what your cover can offer. If they cover more than the offer price, you will not need to pay any out-of-pocket costs. Please note we cannot provide partial refund in cases where your cover exceeds the offer price.
